This is a demo made in 1997 in order to find people to play with when I moved back to Mass from Pittsburgh. Songs 1-3 were recorded in the first Godcity (Kurts garage!) with Kurt on drums onto 1/2" 8-track, and then mixed down to my Tascam 424 4-track to add other instruments. Songs 4-5 were recorded in my basement on the aforementioned 4-track. I dumped all songs into the digital domain in 2020 from the original 4-track tapes (including tape drop outs!) with minimal processing in order to maintain the aesthetic and sound of recording in the 90s on 4-track.
